All payments made to Mentza Business are final and non-refundable. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Subscription Fees
- Platform usage fees (monthly, annual, or otherwise) are billed in advance based on credits.
- Once billed, fees are non-refundable, including partial billing periods or unused time.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for any previously charged amounts.
- You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. No Exceptions
Mentza Business does not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of usage
- Dissatisfaction with features
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to cancel before renewal
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Restriction from future use of Mentza Business services
